We give you full service.

We can't do everything. Nor do we pretend to know it all. As business lawyers we supply the legal know-how you need in your trade, whether it's a matter of acquiring companies; running collaborative schemes of various kinds; safeguarding intellectual property, competitive advantages or patents; conducting complicated legal inquiries; or appearing before courts of law or tribunals.
We've drafted and negotiated a vast number of business agreements over the years. Naturally, we handle all kinds of commercial disputes, too, although experiences gained from and with our clients suggest that disputes are things to be avoided - negotiation is normally a far better way.
But there are things we don't know how to do and hence don't touch. For instance, we don't act as receivers, nor do we regard ourselves as specialists on matters of taxation. In addition, there are certain simple matters where weŽll refer you to others who will, we know, perform them more cost-effectively for you than we would do. We don't, for example, have any shelves filled with standard legal forms.
