Maria is a Member of the Swedish Bar Association and a partner in the firm. Following court practice as a chief recording clerk and a couple of years with one of Sweden’s biggest law firms, she joined Lindmark Welinder in 2006. She has a broad experience in contract law and company law, including M&A’s, and international transactions. She also counsels clients on setting up businesses in Sweden.

Maria has also an interest in negotiations and litigation, for instance as an accredited CEDR mediator (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution). In addition, she often advises clients within the area of construction law and bank- and financing.
